SAFETY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!
May 25, 2010 -- The Glendale Police Department, Steiner Inc. & help from the North Shore Crime & Fire Prevention Officers are proud to present the 29th Annual Bayshore Safety Days at Bayshore Town Center – Town Square at 5900 North Port Washington Road in Glendale on Saturday June 5th from 10am to 3pm.
This free, family friendly educational event will have many Police, Fire, EMS , Crime Prevention & Safety Related Displays & Vehicles. The Northshore Fire Department will have a “Dress Like a Firefighter” Display along with Police & Rescue K-9’s.
The Thiensville Fire Department Dive Team will be doing hourly demonstrations & the music of Sheltered Reality playing between 1pm & 2pm. Special appearances by McGruff The Crime Dog, Sparky The Fire Dog & Bango from the Milwaukee Bucks along with numerous other Mascots.
From 10am to 2:30 pm, there will be a Silent Police & Fire Charity Auction. There will also be a charity cookout where refreshments & food will be served.
