On Saturday, November 13th from 11:00am-1:30pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Muskego, Muskego Health and Wellness Center is holding its 12th annual Surviving the Holidays with Food Allergies "talk and feast".
The event is open to the public, although attendees must RSVP by Monday, November 8th. The cost is simply bringing a donation for the Muskego Food Pantry.
There are many people with food allergies trying to eat healthier overall that don't want to spoil it over the holidays, or trying to find a healthier alternative to their favorite recipes. We will have recipes available from all the previous years.
