Some days back, I was sitting in the Full Service Car Wash in Hales Corners getting my car waxed for the winter, when I saw the November issue of Milwaukee Magazine on the table next to me. There are some pretty neat ideas in there, ranging from improving education and public transportation to making local and county government services more efficient and marketing Milwaukee as a college town, along with many other thought-provoking ideas in between. I thought it was a really neat article worth sharing.
