  1. It sounds to me like getting a good answering service would be really helpful in keeping things more organized. Right now, we have our receptionists answer all the phones, but there are usually so many calls that they can't do much else. To get an answering service would be so beneficial, because then we could get all the callers to where they need to be, and then our receptionists wouldn't have to be on the phones all day!
