GOLF FORE A CURE!
April 20, 2010 -- The Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) Wisconsin Chapter is proud to present their 4th annual Golf For a Cure Golf Outing & Reception of Friday, May 21 at Western Lakes Country Club located at W287 N1963 Oakton Road in Pewaukee with Registration starting at 11am & Cocktails & Dinner starting at 6 pm.
Huntington’s Disease (HD) is a devastating, hereditary, degenerative brain disorder which diminishes the individual’s ability to walk, think, talk & reason. HSDA supports research towards treatment & a cure.
Over 40 years ago, HDSA the largest 501(C) (3) non profit volunteer organization, was founded by Marjorie Guthrie, the wife of Folk Legend Woody Guthrie who lost his battle with HD.
The complete golf package includes a day of golf, golf cart, lunch, gift bag, prizes & awards followed by cocktails, dinner & plenty of fun.
Course Sponsorship ranging from $100 to $500, based on any company’s budget.
