Manpower Job Fair on 9/17/14 in East Troy

Manpower is hosting a job fair at the East Troy City Hall on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 from 9am until 2pm. Manpower representatives will be there to speak with you about your experience and our current and future openings. Address of the facility is:

Job Fair for Military Veterans on Thursday


MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele and the Milwaukee County Veterans Service Office are happy to announce a job fair for Military Veterans on Thursday, October 3rd at the War Memorial Center from 9am- 1pm.

This is the 10th veterans job fair put on by Milwaukee County.

Seventy employers, from Aurora Health Care to We Energies, will be on hand, looking to hire veterans to fill hundreds of job openings. There will be free parking in the surface lot north of the War Memorial Center and across the street in the O’Donnell parking structure.

“The business community’s commitment to hiring veterans is a testament to the people of Milwaukee County and Wisconsin,” said County Executive Chris Abele. “At a time when jobs are hard to come by, we will continue to do what we can to help.”

The job fair is put on by the Milwaukee County Veterans Service Office (MCVSO), the Zablocki VA Medical Center and local representatives of WI DWD Office of Veterans Employment Services.

More than 500 veterans attended a similar job fair in March.

Veterans Job Fair Offers Hundreds of Job Openings for Vets

MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele is happy to announce a Job Fair for Military Veterans will be held on Thursday, March 7th at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center from 9am - 1pm.

This is the ninth and largest job fair put on by the Milwaukee County Veterans Service Office. More than 70 companies including Pepsi, FedEx Express, WE Energies and the Milwaukee County Parks Department will be on hand interviewing and hiring veterans. As part of this event, the Milwaukee County Parks Department has committed to hire 100 veterans for seasonal work this year.

Additional coordination and support for the event is provided by the Zablocki VA Medical Center and veterans employment representatives of the DWD Office of Veterans Services.

Madison Area Technical College: While many of their resources are designed for students only, they do host a few events that anyone can attend.
