Once in a while, I'll stand in as a sub for a member of the Muskego BNI group if the member can't make it to a meeting. I attended the meeting a couple days ago, and the featured speaker that day was Tim Marcado, Store Operations Manager at the Richlonn's Tire and Service Center here in Muskego.
Tim gave an excellent talk about tires - what to look for in a brand name and manufacturer, typical price ranges, materials and technology used in tires today, tire warranties, etc. Tim also dispelled a number of myths and commonly held assumptions about tires.
It's clear that Tim knows what he's doing and that he spends a lot of time conducting due diligence. I was impressed by his talk.
I also know from experience that Tim and his team do great work. A few months back, my parents were looking to have a new set of wheels installed on one of their vehicles.
Tim and his team did an excellent job at guiding my parents through the entire ordering and installation process - offering a number of great suggestions on designs and manufacturers, what to expect as far as cost, when to expect delivery, etc. My parents were really pleased with the level of expertise and customer service.
