"Surviving the Holidays with Food Allergies" on November 12, 2011

The Muskego Health & Wellness Center will be holding their 13th Annual Holiday Party "Surviving the Holidays with Food Allergies", a talk and feast at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on Saturday November 12th from 11:00am - 1:00pm.

Scientists estimate that approximately 15 million Americans suffer from food allergies, including 6 million children. With the holiday season upon us, what are you going to eat? Come listen and learn from Dr. Janice Jurack, chiropractor at The Muskego Health and Wellness Center, as she shares her expertise about food allergies and how they play a part in our everyday health.

Dr. Jurack will be providing her secret list of healthy gift ideas as well as healthy foods for your holiday table.

Admission is free with 3 non-perishable food items for the Muskego Food Pantry. Receive Dr. Jurack's healthy recipe cookbook when you bring a grocery bag of non-perishable food items.

Bring a friend for a chance to win a FREE detox foot bath at Muskego Health and Wellness.

St. Paul's Lutheran Church is located at S66 W14325 Janesville Road. The Holiday Party will be held in the Grace Room, located on the West side of the Church. Look for the balloons. Please register by calling 262-679-6994 by November 5, 2011.
